Born in Lebanon, New Hampshire on March 10, Mark had his stage debut in the church choir at age 5 and started summer theater at age 8. After moving to Burlington, Massachusetts at age 12, he played football and lacrosse for the Burlington Red Devils.

In the early 1980s, he met Estelle Davids and started doing
commercial and print work. While drifting backinto stage, his
focus came eventually to rest in the realm of film. Represented by
manager Frank Giraldi, he started to commute to NYC in the
early 1990s and eventually moved to LA in 1994 where he
was represented by talent agent Mary Murphy.

By the mid 90s Mark added writing to his resume. His first dinner theater comedy
was produced by two New England production companies and his first screenplay,
Circles Of Vengence , was optioned in July of 1999. His screenplay Serial Intentions
(2000) was his producing debut. Producing writing and acting alongside Hollywood veterans
Erin Gray and Frank Annese, Grant was able to land a worldwide distribution deal with
Showcase Entertainment.

A club DJ for many years around the Boston and
New England area lead him to producing a top
40 dance single for Canadian singer/songwriter
Karen Boshart (Love Will Come, #26 MA Pool
Dance Chart, March 2002). Continuing to grow
his resume, he just recently wrapped production
for his first music video for The Soup Bone
